APPLY TOP HEAT. PLS. PLACE A THIN BARRIER OVER THE LABEL TO PROTECT IT FROM MELTING. APPLY HEAT.
Bottom heat may be applied as well. Test accordingly.
A trick that we do is quickly wipe the label bottom across the iron to”activate” the heat seal. It makes it easier to place and gets the bond going.
WARM UP THE SURFACE OF THE PRODUCT YOU WILL ADHERE THE LABEL TO.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE OF 325F-375F HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BEST FOR MOST FABRICS. BUT FEEL FREE TO TEST THIS EITHER HIGHER OR LOWER.
DWELL TIME O 10-15 SECONDS AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC.
60-80 PSI AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC TYPE AND THICKNESS.
PLEASE VARY THE ABOVE TO FIND YOUR BEST SETTINGS IF INITIAL TESTING IS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

Our 2D patches are used on a wide variety of items….from hockey skate parts, to motocross pant and seat labels to fashion clothing, scuba suits, shoes, military uniforms, tactical gear, caps, bags, cases, jackets and much more.

The ability to create fine detail along with vibrant color that not only stands out at the retail level, but withstands a beating are key benefits. The patches are easy to either sew on or heat seal, depending on the material that the goods are going on.

We can make parts as small as .5 inch and up to 10 inches here at our factory. If you have a custom project to discuss, please give us a call.

Materials: Medical Grade and flexible PVC. Prop 65 compliant. Withstands harsh environments, sun, wind, cold, high heat and has abrasion resistance. Our parts can be found on hockey gear, shoes, outwear, uniforms, tactical gear and other items that require a long-life span and look good at the same time. Embroidery and woven cannot take the beating that our 2D patches can withstand.
