USE APPROPRIATE HEAT SEAL EQUIPMENT TO ADHERE THE FLEXSYSTEMS LABEL TO YOUR PRODUCT.
APPLY TOP HEAT. PLS. PLACE A THIN BARRIER OVER THE LABEL TO PROTECT IT FROM MELTING. APPLY HEAT.
Bottom heat may be applied as well. Test accordingly.
A trick that we do is quickly wipe the label bottom across the iron to”activate” the heat seal. It makes it easier to place and gets the bond going.
WARM UP THE SURFACE OF THE PRODUCT YOU WILL ADHERE THE LABEL TO.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE OF 325F-375F HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BEST FOR MOST FABRICS. BUT FEEL FREE TO TEST THIS EITHER HIGHER OR LOWER.
DWELL TIME O 10-15 SECONDS AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC.
60-80 PSI AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC TYPE AND THICKNESS.
PLEASE VARY THE ABOVE TO FIND YOUR BEST SETTINGS IF INITIAL TESTING IS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

We add an industrial grade heat seal film to the back of our 2D patches. This film, when activated, will adhere to many materials. If you need samples to test, please email us and indicate where to send the samples. We heat seal our 2D patches onto a wide variety of items. From caps, bags, jackets, roller bags, backpacks, shoes, gloves, cases and many other items. When you are unable to sew a label onto an item or the embroidery hoop will not fit the area, heat seal is a great option to try. Many scuba companies have been using our heat seal 2D labels for over 15 plus years and the bond is excellent we are told.

Materials: Medical Grade and flexible PVC. Prop 65 compliant. Withstands harsh environments, sun, wind, cold, high heat and has abrasion resistance. Our parts can be found on hockey gear, shoes, outwear, uniforms, tactical gear and other items that require a long-life span and look good at the same time. Embroidery and woven cannot take the beating that our 2D patches can withstand.
