HEAT SEAL APPLICATION- USA MADE 2D HEAT SEAL PARTS

USE APPROPRIATE HEAT SEAL EQUIPMENT TO ADHERE THE FLEXSYSTEMS LABEL TO YOUR PRODUCT.
APPLY TOP HEAT. PLS. PLACE A THIN BARRIER OVER THE LABEL TO PROTECT IT FROM MELTING. APPLY HEAT.
Bottom heat may be applied as well. Test accordingly.
A trick that we do is quickly wipe the label bottom across the iron to”activate” the heat seal. It makes it easier to place and gets the bond going.
WARM UP THE SURFACE OF THE PRODUCT YOU WILL ADHERE THE LABEL TO.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE OF 325F-375F HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BEST FOR MOST FABRICS. BUT FEEL FREE TO TEST THIS EITHER HIGHER OR LOWER.
DWELL TIME O 10-15 SECONDS AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC.
60-80 PSI AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC TYPE AND THICKNESS.
PLEASE VARY THE ABOVE TO FIND YOUR BEST SETTINGS IF INITIAL TESTING IS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

Custom embroidered patches are an old school style patch that have been around for a long time. Your custom design, using any pantone color, has a nice depth to it, you can feel the raised threads in the design. These custom labels are popular with schools, clubs, associations and membership oriented companies. We can sew or heat seal the custom embroidered patches on for you here at Flexsystems, just send us your blanks to decorate. The underlying base material is typically twill, a strong and long lasting fabric. You can opt for 50%, 75% or 100 % thread coverage on your patch, the choice is yours.

Colors: Any pantone color.

Production time: About 2 weeks after your sample sign off. The time can range depending on the time of year and your quantity.

Backing: Iron on, Iron on, sew on, hook and loop, adhesive.

Finish: Merrow edge or laser edge.
