We offer several types of variable data labels-QR codes, names, pictures and other data that may change from label to label. Our Smart Track variable QR code labels were used on medical radiation gowns that needed to be tracked and inspected and then put back into inventory.
We have done variable names for prisons, transportation companies, trade show companies and entertainment outfits. In addition, we have been asked to offer pictures that are variable which were were able to do with our four-color process labels. Other requests were for variable titles for employees that change every year.
These labels are typically sewn, or we add Velcro brand fastener hook to the back of the patches for easy application at the customers end.
Materials: Medical Grade and flexible PVC. Prop 65 compliant. Withstands harsh environments, sun, wind, cold, high heat and has abrasion resistance. Our parts can be found on hockey gear, shoes, outwear, uniforms, tactical gear and other items that require a long-life span and look good at the same time. Embroidery and woven cannot take the beating that our 2D patches can withstand.
Colors: Any pantone color and four color process.
