Our 2d and 3d Velcro backed patches are one of our most popular items. Our ability to make the parts either here or in the Orient offers our customers a wide variety of options and time frames.
We work with the military and companies who supply to the military as well as distributors who sell to the gun and ammo companies. We offer Berry Amendment custom Velcro patches for those that must meet this requirement. Many customers use the patches for their online stores or for events as giveaways and mementos. Some designs are created to be used as collector items to trade.
The parts are either heat sealed with our Velcro brand fastener or we can offer the sew down version.
We also offer woven and embroidered morale patches with Velcro brand fastener.
Materials: USA. Medical Grade and flexible PVC. Prop 65 compliant. Withstands harsh environments, sun, wind, cold, high heat and has abrasion resistance. Our parts can be found on hockey gear, shoes, outwear, uniforms, tactical gear and other items that require a long-life span and look good at the same time. Embroidery and woven cannot take the beating that our 2D patches can withstand.
Colors: Any pantone color.
Production Time: USA. About 2 weeks after your sample sign off. The time can range depending on the time of year and your quantity. Rush available.
Orient. About 4-6 weeks after sample sign off. Then 4-5 days air freight to Flexsystems.

Decoration: Need Decoration help? Just send us your blanks and we will sew, or heat seal the patches to your garments, bags, caps, beanies, polo shirts, hoodies, etc. We are an approved Northface decorator.
