Orient pvc flexible patches are made with a different manufacturing process and have a different look and feel to them. The design fonts appear to be at a 90-degree angle. The USA fonts are more rounded. We like to be able to offer both types of labels and let our customers choose what they prefer. The Orient patches take a longer time to deliver, so if you are in a hurry, we suggest using the USA 2D pvc labels.
Materials: Prop 65 compliant. Like the USA Made pvc patches, the Orient labels can also withstand harsh environments, sun, wind, cold, high heat and has abrasion resistance. These parts can be found on hockey gear, shoes, outwear, uniforms, tactical gear and other items that require a long-life span and look good at the same time. Embroidery and woven cannot take the beating that our 2D & 3D patches can withstand.

Production Time: About 3-4 weeks after your sample sign off. The time can range depending on the time of year and your quantity.
Backing: Iron on, sew on, tacking adhesive, aggressive adhesive, hook.

Decoration: Need Decoration help? Just send us your blanks and we will sew, or heat seal the patches to your garments, bags, caps, beanies, polo shirts, hoodies, etc. We are an approved North Face decorator.
