A new and high end line of quality jackets for sailing are being made in the USA. Olsen Sailing reached out to Flexsystems to manufacture a custom PVC flag that is sewn onto all the jackets.
We also manufactured a reflective Olsen clothing patch. Made with REFLEXITE, an industrial grade reflective material, we combined it with our 3D process and molded the OLSEN name. The reflective material is very strong and is used on road signs for Cal Trans.
In addition, we made the custom PVC left and right tab for the customer. The sturdy VELCRO® brand fasteners® is heat sealed onto our custom Tabs with VELCRO® brand fasteners. The PVC Tabs with VELCRO® brand fasteners are sturdy and our material will not fade, crack, peel or unravel. Depending on the customer’s specification, we can blend our FlexBioCorn tm material to meet most ASTM standards.
