HEAT SEAL APPLICATION- USA MADE 2D HEAT SEAL PARTS

USE APPROPRIATE HEAT SEAL EQUIPMENT TO ADHERE THE FLEXSYSTEMS LABEL TO YOUR PRODUCT.
APPLY TOP HEAT. PLS. PLACE A THIN BARRIER OVER THE LABEL TO PROTECT IT FROM MELTING. APPLY HEAT.
Bottom heat may be applied as well. Test accordingly.
A trick that we do is quickly wipe the label bottom across the iron to”activate” the heat seal. It makes it easier to place and gets the bond going.
WARM UP THE SURFACE OF THE PRODUCT YOU WILL ADHERE THE LABEL TO.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE OF 325F-375F HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BEST FOR MOST FABRICS. BUT FEEL FREE TO TEST THIS EITHER HIGHER OR LOWER.
DWELL TIME O 10-15 SECONDS AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC.
60-80 PSI AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC TYPE AND THICKNESS.
PLEASE VARY THE ABOVE TO FIND YOUR BEST SETTINGS IF INITIAL TESTING IS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

Don’t have time for an Orient woven label? No worries, we can print our labels for you in a short period of time. Made in the USA and rush is available. We are limited to certain widths for these labels. The following are available: .5” .75” 1” 1.25” and 1.50”.

Our print on satin labels have a soft feel to them and can hold nice detail in a small area. Most of distributors use them on caps, beanies and soft garments. We offer either a slit edge or more finished looking woven edge that is more expensive.

We also offer sewing and heat seal services. Send us your blanks and we will either sew or heat seal the embroidered patch to caps, bags, shirts, jackets and other items you send to us.
