A trick that we do is quickly wipe the label bottom across the iron to”activate” the heat seal. It makes it easier to place and gets the bond going.
WARM UP THE SURFACE OF THE PRODUCT YOU WILL ADHERE THE LABEL TO.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE OF 325F-375F HAS PROVEN TO BE THE BEST FOR MOST FABRICS. BUT FEEL FREE TO TEST THIS EITHER HIGHER OR LOWER.
DWELL TIME O 10-15 SECONDS AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC.
60-80 PSI AS APPROPRIATE TO THE FABRIC TYPE AND THICKNESS.
PLEASE VARY THE ABOVE TO FIND YOUR BEST SETTINGS IF INITIAL TESTING IS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

Many customers prefer to buy USA Made. And oftentimes there is a requirement for them to do so, a Berry Amendment in a contact for the goods that they are production. Our USA made woven labels are either squares or rectangles, no other shapes. The labels are finished with our selvage edge and it will not unravel.

We also offer sewing and heat seal services. Send us your blanks and we will either sew or heat seal the embroidered patch to caps, bags, shirts, jackets and other items you send to us.

You have a choice with what type of backing on the patch you would like. We offer sew on backer, adhesive, heat seal and hook as well as hook and loop. These cost extra.
