One of the most popular promotional items that our distributors send us are the Dr. Dre Beat headphones. These are coveted items for VIP and backstage guests at concerts and events.
Our medical grade PVC heat seals beautifully onto the material for the headphones. You can see the type of custom shape that our PVC labels can achieve. The two headed dog and the intricate cuts were not a problem.
Once we make the custom PVC patch, we then add our heat seal to the back and cut the pars out. From there, the parts go to our decoration department and the parts are heat sealed onto the item. Contact us for information.
