Decorate with Chenille Patches
Chenille patches are a long time favorite for many industries.
Remember your high school days and seeing all the Letterman jackets during a football, baseball, basketball game? The athletes’ proudly displayed their team mascot using a Chenille patch as well as their number or class year.
Often there is a difficult or detailed design so we include embroidery along with our Chenille patch. That is how versatile these chenille patches are.
We use tufted yarns and match very closely to the pantone color that you require for your specific custom logo. Most patches are on the larger size, but we have made smaller chenille patches for fanny packs and small totes.
The back of the patch is usually a heat seal. That way, you can use the heat seal to set your patch before you have them sewn on. We find this to be the best method to apply them.
The shapes can be very custom and you can have fun with the edge-either a merrow style or flat laser-whichever you prefer.
Other uses we have seen are Chenille patches for the front of caps, beanies, pillows for teens, blankets, bags, and other creative and unusual ideas.
