Our PVC material is made from Flexsystems very own patent FlexBioCornTM. Made from a corn base, this eco-friendly material is phthalate free. Our patented material is currently being used to make human heart catheters and other medical devices. The material is tested for abrasion, heat expansion, tear strength, colorfastness, dimension stability and oral toxicity. This medical grade material has the same characteristics as our old material and provides a environmental friendly feature to our PVC items.
