We have worked with Whataburger to create the USA made 2015 WhataGames Finalist PVC patches.  Whataburger is a family owned and operated burger chain.  In 1950, Harmon Dobson opened the first Whataburger roadside stand in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Dobson wanted each of his customers to say “whataburger!” every time they took a bite.  Today, Whataburger is a popular burger chain with over 760 restaurants spanning 10 states.  Every 2 years Whataburger holds a competition called WhataGames at their family convention.  Every restaurant from Arizona to Florida competes in hopes to secure a semi-finalist spot.  The competition is to promote current, effective training processes and to encourage further skills, teamwork and knowledge specific to Whataburger.

We made the WhataGames Finalist PVC patches for the 2015 WhataGames gear.  Made with our eco-friendly FlexBioCorn material our USA made patches are strong and made to last.  We only use the highest quality materials and attention to detail so these WhataGames patches will stick out and look great.  We know these patches will last long after the games have ended.  We have our own sewing team and can easily adhere the patches onto gear such as duffle bags, hats and shirts in the factory, erasing the middleman.  These WhataGames Finalist PVC patches were adhered to duffle bags just for the 2015 Whataburger family convention and games.

Whataburger recently announced 121 teams that made it to the semi-finalist round.  The 2015 semi-finalist teams are from Arizona, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and of course Texas.  The 121 restaurants will receive visits from mystery shoppers and receive cold calls over the next few months to test restaurant operations, Whataburger history and customer service.  From these teams 24 will qualify to compete in the finals.  In April 2015, WhataGames finals will be held in Grapevine, Texas where the final 24 teams will compete to win the gold, silver or bronze prizes.  The team awarded the gold prize will receive the WhataGames 2015 champion title.  The members of each winning team will receive $165,000 in cash prizes, including their team members who stayed back to run and operate the team store.  What a wonderful way to reward and motivate teams for their commitment to hard work and the Whataburger brand.

We hope you enjoy this years WhataGames Finalist PVC patches as much as we do!  From all of us here at Flexsystems we wish all the semi-finalist teams’ the best of luck!
