We are proud to make our pvc labels here in San Diego, Ca. Flexsystems was the first company to bring the 3D labels to the USA. And to our knowledge, we are the only company to manufacture the pvc labels in the United States.
The degree of detail in our rubber patches along with the ease to sew them on or heat seal them to clothing, hats, bags and most soft goods, makes the custom labels instrumental in logo identification.

A nice project where we made a matching 3D pvc Lapel pin to replicate the pvc label that we were sewing onto Garments and bags for our distributor. All the labels were made In our San Diego factory as was the decoration. | 
The subtle brushstrokes in the Lockheed logo would be very difficult if not impossible with embroidery and silkscreening. Our unique USA manufacturing process allows for this sort of detail. Once we made the rubber patches, we also sewed and Heat sealed them onto various garments. | |
