Many military contractors come to us for the custom zipper pulls and patches. Our new FlexBioCorn material is a medical grade material that is very sturdy and will last in harsh environments unlike embroidery and silkscreen labels.
Not only do we make custom Berry Amendment labels, Patches with VELCRO® brand fasteners and morale badges, we also make cuff parts for jackets, heat seal labels for gloves and outwear, custom labels for bags, hats and outdoor gear.
Our products are easy to sew on. And in some cases, you can heat seal or use adhesives to adhere them to various items. We offer rush services, have very low minimums and can decorate on site if you need this service as well.
This USA Made Morale badge had the type of detail that requires PVC molding instead of embroidery. The crisp fingerprint detail was critical for the design. Our parts use VELCRO® brand fasteners® hook or loop and we heat seal this on. The bond is permanent and creates a clean look vs. sewing on the VELCRO® brand fasteners® which the Orient does.
We can match any Pantone color. And our custom made morale badges or Patches with VELCRO® brand fasteners are available in ABU, ACU, Digital Desert, Digital Woodland, 3 color desert, Woodland, Foliage, OD, Khaki, Black or any color combination. We can match any fabric swatch as well.
Unlike embroidery, the flexible, soft pvc is far more durable and rugged for your custom Berry Amendment labels, withstanding exposure to heat and cold, as well as being salt water resistant
A custom patch made for Blackwater. They wanted a crisp look for their custom morale badge and they wanted Made in the USA. We heat sealed the VELCRO® brand fasteners® hook to the back of the patch which gives it a cleaner look versus sewing the VELCRO® brand fasteners® material on. This part is Berry Compliant. Our material is a pvc resin that is medical grade. No phthalates. And we have the exclusive for this material world wide in our industries. We hold the tooling for two years after your last order. And the mold can be used to make sew on clothing labels, keychains, magnets and hang tags.
