Flexsystems has been making quite a few badge patches in the last month…we think the word has gotten out that we make them in the USA …the only company to actually make the Patches with VELCRO® brand fasteners in the United States ! Not in China…..
Trijacon is one of the more recent companies to request our USA Made badge patches. They loved the detail we could achieve with their design. Being able to make the parts exactly the way the customers art is shown is very important. We do not like to edit if we do not have to. We have been making the custom patches for over 20 years now and we hope to be making them for another 20 years !
The other part we just made was a Patch with VELCRO® brand fasteners for ITS Tactical-they loved their parts ! So much for using the old embroidered patches-old school ! We have converted them to the long lasting pvc badge patches !
Once you have a mold made here, we hold onto it for 2 years after your last order. You can also use the mold to make clothing labels, key chains, magnets, 3D stickers and hang tags. The size would need to be a good size for these of course. We also do not have minimum quantities on most of our USA made parts and we offer rush services as well as decoration services.
