Flexsystems assisted a top brace manufacturer with a tibia brace part. To protect the shin bone or tibia, we developed a unique die cut part. It was adhered to the brace to protect this area of the contact between the brace and the tibia.
Silicone material is commonly used for medical parts and is eco-friendly. Our die to cut the silicone sheets was a detailed waffle type cut out. After several go a rounds, the brace customer in Washington selected the final design.
