Our USA Made custom labels, pvc labels, rubber patches and emblems and badges are a huge category for us. We have been making pvc labels, rubber patches, emblems and badges since 1994. We not only make the clothing labels here in San Diego, we also sew them onto clothing, hats, bags blankets, medical braces and more.
Our customer use the soft and flexible pvc labels for a variety of industries. The textile and design firms call out the rubber patches for left chest areas on polo shirts and jackets. As well as for jacket yokes and at the sleeve cuff area. The custom labels are sewn onto baseball caps and visors. The outdoor market uses the labels for backpacks, gear, outerwear and gloves. The parts last a very long time and can withstand harsh environments which is why you see them on so many of these types of products. The hockey, shoe and skate companies use the custom labels on the tongue area. The parts are easy to sew on and in some cases, you can heat seal them on.
We offer no minimums on our USA Made custom labels. The pvc labels are made in San Diego, not China. Although, we can import from China if you wish. Our rush services mean you can have your custom patches in days….And we offer decoration services-sent us your blanks and we can sew the labels onto them. Eco Friendly Material. We are the only company in our industry to have a Bio Corn pvc. That means we do not have phthalates in it, we use a corn ingredient instead. This is a medical grade material and is used to make human heart catheters !
Our Kellogg’s Tony the Tiger label was a challenge…how do you get such detail into a small label? Well, we used our combination 3D pvc label as well as a four color process label for Tony. Once we were able to do this, the customer had us sew the parts onto a variety of items….shorts, hats, bags and some gloves.
The wax seal art for this brand of tequila was very small. Our pvc label looks just like a wax stamp, which is what the customer wanted. We added an adhesive to the back and then we applied the custom pvc label to the advertising card for Platino Tequila.
