Many military and law enforcement offices are using the PVC Patches with VELCRO® brand fasteners instead of the embroidered custom Patches with VELCRO® brand fasteners. The PVC material will withstand harsh environments and can take the wear and tear. Embroidery will fade, unravel and come apart in a short period of time.
