Woven patches are popular means of decoration for a vast array of garments, shoes, caps and bags.
The detail in a woven patch is very acute and difficult designs turn out well. Unlike embroidery which has a raised surface, the woven stitches lay flat on the patch. Embroidered patches cannot hold the detail that a woven patch can and this makes them a great resource for your decoration options. We can match most pantone colors to the threads that we use. We offer either a flat laser finished edge or a merrow edge for your design.
We can heat seal woven labels to many shoes, the All Bird shoe line has been quite popular. Sewing the patches onto caps, bags and jackets offers a clean retail look as well.
The backing on your custom woven patch can be blank or we can add heat seal or an adhesive if you like. As well as a hook and loop option.
Our woven labels produced in North America are much quicker than those made offshore. The USA woven patches are close behind and can ship in about 15 days after sample approval.
